The Nellie, dock in a city, and Marlow saw a lot of things, like a Central Station, buildings and allthat things. Then Marlow have to wait ten days to continue his way. Then, Marlow leave the station in a caravan with more people. At the fifteenth days of journey, he gets in the river against andhobbled into the Central Station. Then, a man with long sticks in his hands, appeared from the buildings. Then a man say a lot of things to Marlow, but marlow say: "I have to see the general director".

As you know Parkinson's is a disease that demages the bones of peoples especially among the 60 to 80 years which can see recovered or disease cure by man - made drugs, which are searce and expensive, the years a person in USA could spend between US$ 1.000 per month. Parkinson's disease in their advance, you could say that is quite slow as the remedies can stop Parkinson's, not 100% buy if some %

Parkinson's disease tskes place when the nervous cells, or neurones, in an area of the brsin known as black substance in the brain known as the dopamine. The black substance is a gray structure that is locates in the midbrain. It forms a part of the basal ganglions and has an important  fuction in the statility of all the motive movement.

The conventional medicine is the solution fot this care of Parkinson's, the medicine to been progresing of way very rapidly.

Parkinson is a neurological disease, this disease affect to old people that have over 60 years, this disease have a lot of symptoms; like the triad of hand tremor, postural instability, an involuntary movement with his hand, in the first part of the disease, the movement is in only one hand, but when this disease progresses it affect to both hands, the people that have Parkinson tend to fall disease can raise a  little of Alzheimer, because they say things incoherently, and all people that have Parkinson are depressive, and when the Parkinson starts, the medics tent to say that the patient have depression., the people that have this disease have a rigid face with less expressions that a normal person.

2)   Why does it occur?

This disease occur because the neurons become impaired, this disease may be inherited, there are evidence’s that certain toxins in the environment may cause Parkinson’s disease.  Scientists have suggested that external or internal toxins may selectively destroy the dopaminergic neurons, causing Parkinson's disease Toxins that may be linked to Parkinson's include manganese, carbon monoxide, carbon disulfide, and some other pesticides. Also, it is believed that oxidative stress can cause Parkinson's disease


3)   What are the most common symptoms?

The most common symptoms include tremors, stiffens, slowmechanical reactions, postural instability, trouble swallowing, urinary incontinence, constipation, depression, in Problems of urinary incontinence. Parkinson's affects sphincter control and / or urine retention causes involuntarily - Constipation and intestinal muscles slow and abdomen.

4)What types of treatment or therapy can a patient use?How long they take?What are the pros and the cons?

Medications control symptoms, mostly by increasing the levels of dopamine in the brain. At certain points during the day, the helpful effects of the medication often wears off, and symptoms can return. If this happens to you, your health care provider may need to change the: Type of medication,Dose,Amount of time between doses,How the medicine is taken. The long that it take is how much you live, becvause it don't have a cure, an d the pros are that they say the truth and they say to you that you have a few  days, and the cons are that you don't have a reason to live.


5) What are the real possibilities of recovery if using this type of medicine?

Parkinson's disease currently has no cure but can be managed effectivelyThere are many known aspects of theneurodegenerative process underlying the diseasebut treatmentsthat modify it are not yet in clinical phase. Therefore, the treatment of Parkinson's disease today addresses only improve symptoms resulting from the disease. Therefore, those affected must ingestthese drugs Parkinson antiparkinsonian for life, according to thedosage and combination of drugs that your neurologist considers most appropriate for your particular case.


6)What type of remedies can a patient take?
It can´t be cure, you can only use drugs, they can use Sinemet that is the most common and effective drug for controlling the symptoms and if this don´t function you can use carbidropa that is a drug thatr enter to the brain and prevent the side effects of the sinemet, there are other drugs but less effectives.


7)What are the cost involved?

The cost involved in this treatment are the machine that they use to detect it and the regular mantencion of it, the costa annually is about $12000 dollars per person, $6000 are pay by the state and you have to pay th remedies that have a cost of 300 dollars per month, is not a cheap treatment.
8) Do health programs in Chile cover this treatment expenses? How about health programs of USA, UK, NEW ZEALAND, AUSTRALIA or any European country?

In Chile the state pay the 50% present of the treatment with the new law, and is in discussion to pay the 75% of the treatment,  but this new law will be in 2014 but now is only the 50% of the treatment, in USA and UK is the same, is only the 50% but in New Zealand and Australia is the 80% of the treatment in some rural parts the state only cover the 30% of the treatment.
